Universal Outreach is a registered Canadian charity providing humanitarian aid in Monrovia, Liberia. Liberia is one of the world’s poorest countries, and in 2020 and 2021 IBB provided funds to assist Universal Outreach in establishing a music education program for youth and young adults there. These funds enabled the purchase of instruments and the provision of scholarships for 13 students, with the majority enrolling in keyboard lessons.
